    Advanced Issues in Private and Commercial Law Summer School

Kadir Has University Faculty of Law organizes Advanced Issues in Private and Commercial Law Summer School to create an opportunity to gain an insightful perspective of private and commercial law from well-known experts and practitioners of the fields. The Summer School focuses on evolving issues of the chosen areas with an international point of view and with an aim to provide an environment for further discussions. The lectures will also offer an important chance to create networks with the academics and practitioners. The target audiences of these lectures are postgraduate students, academics, lawyers, in-house counsel, and other legal practitioners who seek to gain an advanced expertise in private and commercial law. In order to ensure an active participation and a great dialogue with the instructors and participants, only 35 participants will be admitted to this program. At the end of the program each participant will receive a certificate of participation.

Venue and Time:

The Summer School on Advanced Issues in Private and Commercial Law will be held virtually at KHAS University Faculty of Law from Monday 27 June – Saturday 2 July 2022.

The online summer course is aimed at postgraduate students, academics, lawyers, in-house counsel, and other legal practitioners.

Tuition fees3500 TL. Alumni and trainee lawyers will receive a 50% tuition fee reduction

                         Early bird applications: by 10 June 2022, 25% tuition fee reduction

                         Single discount applies.

                         Payment details will be provided to applicants after they have been successfully admitted.

Applicants should complete the admission form. Successful applicants will be informed by e-mail. Upon notification, applicants must pay the course fees via bank transfer to the specified bank account.

The number of participants is limited to 35.

At the end of the program each participant will receive a certificate of participation.
